DDOT Continues to Drag their Feet

Klingle Road Implementation Strategy

Overview

The week of May 5, 2003, Mayor Williams and the District of Columbia Council agreed to providing funding for reopening Klingle Road as a paved roadway.  In the Fall 2003, DDOT began the process of obtaining Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and National Park Service (NPS) approvals for this roadway project.  Below is the DDOT Klingle Road Implementation Strategy.
